These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vpbat ("vpbat", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at vpbat.net ("the Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with vpbat, including your registration, use of sports betting markets, participation in casino games, use of the BDT wallet, and any communications with the vpbat support team.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder, as a visitor browsing the Platform, or as a user of any vpbat service — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms that vpbat publishes on the Platform from time to time. These supplementary documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

vpbat reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any change, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances. vpbat operates the Platform in English for the Bangladesh market. Any translation, summary, or paraphrase of these Terms provided for convenience does not carry legal effect.

2.1 Age Verification

By registering an account on vpbat, you declare and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. vpbat will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification process, which must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Age verification documents accepted by vpbat include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by a recognised authority. vpbat may suspend or restrict your account pending successful age verification at any time.

2.2 Underage Accounts

If vpbat determines at any point that an account is held by a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately and permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated during the period of use, which shall be forfeited. vpbat may also report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The vpbat Platform is operated for and directed at players in Bangladesh. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction. vpbat does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.4 Single Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one registered vpbat account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. If vpbat detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be closed and any balances may be forfeited at vpbat's sole discretion.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of vpbat services, you must create a registered account by providing accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. You must keep this information current at all times. vpbat is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.2 KYC Identity Verification

vpbat operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme as part of its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed:

• A copy of your valid National Identity Card (NID) or Smart NID issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
• A valid passport (photo page) issued by Bangladesh or any recognised government authority.
• A valid driving licence featuring your photograph.
• Proof of registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered under your name, matching the account details provided at registration).

vpbat reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or source of funds for large deposits. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in a temporary withdrawal hold and may lead to account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vpbat login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, games played, and withdrawals initiated — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vpbat support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. vpbat will not be held liable for losses resulting from the unauthorised use of your account where you failed to notify vpbat promptly.

3.4 Account Name Accuracy

The name registered on your vpbat account must exactly match the name on your KYC identity documents and the name on your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank account, or card). Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. vpbat will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vpbat accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated exclusively in BDT. vpbat does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply its own applicable charges.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on vpbat is ৳500 via mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 via bank transfer or card. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day and are displayed in the account cashier at the time of deposit. vpbat reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to fund the account wherever possible. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within four minutes of approval. Rocket and Upay withdrawals typically settle within fifteen minutes. Bank transfers may take one to four hours depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for mobile money and ৳1,000 for bank or card. vpbat will not process a withdrawal until the applicable KYC verification has been completed.

4.4 Withdrawal to Own Account Only

All withdrawals will be processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the same name as the vpbat account. vpbat strictly prohibits withdrawals to third-party accounts. If a deposit is made from a payment method that does not match the account holder's name, the deposit may be rejected and returned.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

vpbat operates in compliance with anti-money laundering ("AML") best practices. vpbat reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. vpbat will not process withdrawals where there are reasonable grounds to suspect the funds are connected to fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity. Any such cases will be documented and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

vpbat offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall apply to that promotion.

5.2 Welcome Bonus Eligibility

The vpbat welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. vpbat reserves the right to verify eligibility before crediting any bonus and to withhold the bonus where eligibility criteria are not met. Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses credited to a vpbat account are subject to wagering requirements, which are the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified in the promotion) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in the applicable promotional terms. As a general rule, bets placed on sports markets and live casino games contribute fully to wagering requirements, while certain slot games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

vpbat operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: exploiting a bonus by making low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a third party's payment method to claim a first-deposit bonus; or colluding with other players to take advantage of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, vpbat reserves the right to void all bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account permanently.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the applicable promotional terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not converted to withdrawable balance within the expiry period will be removed from the account automatically. vpbat will not reinstate expired bonuses.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the vpbat platform are governed by vpbat's sports betting rules in addition to these Terms. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. vpbat reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, to suspend markets at any time, and to settle bets in accordance with official match results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, vpbat's decision is final.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. In-play odds update continuously and vpbat may suspend or close in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of technical difficulty or significant on-field events. Bets confirmed prior to a market suspension stand, subject to the relevant event outcome.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on the vpbat platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — use certified random number generation (RNG) or real-time live dealer operations and are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. By playing any casino game, you accept the game's rules as displayed in the game interface. vpbat is not responsible for software malfunctions that originate within a third-party game provider's system, though vpbat will make reasonable efforts to resolve any resulting disputes on the player's behalf.

6.4 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet has been confirmed on the vpbat platform, it may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Exceptions apply only where vpbat explicitly offers a "cash out" or "bet edit" feature, the terms of which are governed by the applicable feature rules. vpbat reserves the right to cancel any bet at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, match-fixing, or technical error.

By using the vpbat platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account on the vpbat platform under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 18 or if you are accessing from a restricted jurisdiction.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access game outcomes, or interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in sports odds or casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in connection with any sport covered on the vpbat sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access, hack, or disrupt the vpbat platform's servers, databases, or infrastructure in any way.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputed transactions with your payment provider in bad faith after placing bets or playing games on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vpbat staff, support agents, or other players.

vpbat employs automated monitoring and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where vpbat has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these provisions, it may freeze the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct an investigation before taking any further action.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your vpbat account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any pending bonus wagering obligations. Self-exclusion requests — where you request a temporary or permanent ban from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons — are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

8.2 Suspension by vpbat

vpbat reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice if vpbat has reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached any provision of these Terms; your account has been used in connection with prohibited conduct; your account has been compromised by a third party; or vpbat is required to do so by applicable law or regulation. During a suspension, your ability to place bets, play games, make deposits, and initiate withdrawals will be restricted.

8.3 Termination by vpbat

vpbat may permanently close your account at its sole discretion where a serious breach of these Terms has been established, including but not limited to: multi-accounting; fraud; money laundering; providing false KYC information; or engaging in bonus abuse. Upon termination for cause, vpbat reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance including any pending withdrawals. vpbat will notify you of a termination decision by email to the address registered on your account.

8.4 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your vpbat account for any reason, you will no longer be able to access the Platform using that account's credentials. Any outstanding bets placed before closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable event results and sports betting rules. Real-money balances remaining after settlement will be returned to the registered payment method, subject to the terms applicable to the specific closure reason. Bonus balances are forfeited upon closure.

8.5 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time via Account Settings or by contacting support. A self-exclusion closes the account and prevents re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period selected. vpbat will not accept or reinstate a self-excluded account during the active exclusion period under any circumstances.
